Service Industry
We work with an ecosystem of partners for both sales and delivery, we implement and deliver solutions on behalf of IBM and we train and nurture partner organizations who implement ERP solutions on our behalf. In addition, we also take trained resources from our research partner organizations and have strategic partners with whom we run the entire business cycle from sales to delivery to support and enhance jointly. This way we strategically integrate sales and delivery with our strategic partners, where there is common management across these entities.
We are also building a network of CA and audit firms to assist our clients in streamlining their financial business processes and if required to augment accounting and audit resources for implementing control process re-engineering around ERP in a build-operate transform model. This offering is used where the client organization has a constraint of internal resources to be deployed for ERP projects. In the case of Acxiom’s delivery and sales partners who implement and sell on our behalf.
